AddressWe are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor / Duty Manager for a busy property located in Nhulunbuy, Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Hands on across all areas of the bar, making drinks, serving customers, cash handling, general cleaning
- Supervision, training and mentoring of staff
- Cashing up and balancing of tills
- Gaming payouts and compliance
- Liaise with other department heads to ensure the smooth running of the venue
- Unpacking of stock, stock rotation and undertaking regular stocktakes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of current Workplace Health and Safety Regulations
- A high degree of work ethics
- Hold a current RSA and RSG
- Have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
