The Swanport Hotel in Murray Bridge is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager and Duty Managers!

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Gaming Manager is accountable for overall customer service, continuous improvement activities and driving customer engagement. You will lead the team to deliver memorable experiences and drive profitability and growth in Gaming Machines.
Key Duties
- Manage and lead a high performing team, including induction, training, mentoring and rostering;
- Foster a customer focused culture and work climate in gaming machines through motivating employees to deliver operational excellence and best practice;
- Troubleshoot gaming machine issues promptly and efficiently;
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
- Order and replenish gaming machine supplies to ensure uninterrupted gameplay;
- Manage P&L’s as required, ensuring expected levels of service are achieved within operation budgets and deliverables;
- Drive fun and engaging initiatives to build relationships with customers;
- Manage and ensure compliance across all policies and procedures, including corporate, legislative and regulatory obligations; and
- Duty Manager requirements to ensure efficient and effective management of the venue.
Skills and attributes
- Previous experience in a Gaming Manager or Duty Manager role;
- Holds relevant certificates including RSA, RP, and RSG;
- Excellent written skills, well-presented and great communication skills;
- The ability to analyse situations and make rational and responsible decisions relating to staffing, business issues and responsible gaming;
- Ability to train, motivate and counsel staff in relation to performance issues; and
- Ability to build relationship with customers and develop loyalty to the brand.
