The Role
This is a sales focused role, which requires achievement of business targets. You will need to display a high level of commitment towards Customer Service and the ability work as part of a dynamic and driven team.
We have a Full Time position available, Monday - Friday and the role entails a combination of face-to-face and Telephone Customer Service, working in our Queanbeyan location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Face to face and telephone Customer Service
- Daily Banking
- Dealing in Insurance Products, including Business Insurance
- Cash Handling
- Meeting training and compliance requirements
- Community involvement
- Meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and compliance requirements
These are the skills and experience we're looking for:
- A customer-centric individual who has experience and is comfortable assisting customers with questions or concerns
- Ability to empathetically handle challenging customer conversations & objections
- Able to deliver sales results and meet targets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong business acumen
- A Team Player with a positive, flexible attitude and manner
