About the Role:
The Duty Manager's primary responsibility will be to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business, offering strong leader to manage the team and ensure the smooth operation of the venue so that guests have an exceptional experience.
The Role:
- A natural and confident leader with strong communication skills
- Passionate about customer service and delivering amazing experiences
- Knowledgeable about compliance, regulations, and venue operations
- Highly organised with the ability to manage an inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that stock levels are well maintained.
- Focussed on the development of the team, with the ability to lead, train and coordinate staff in a motivating, efficient and effective manner
- Able to manage payments, cash handling and reporting
- Confident handling guest feedback and any complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
- Have a strong Gaming and Wagering background
- Have strong product knowledge in craft beer, wine and spirits
About you:
- Relevant experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- A valid RSA and RCG certificate
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volumes of customers
- Take pride in your personal presentation
