Location: Central Coast, NSW
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent positions within our client companies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for available positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal team and members to ensure timely and efficient placement of candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and databases to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate profiles, job postings, and member interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the agency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with database management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
