Duty Manager

As a key player in the daily operations, you will contribute significantly to success of our club. 

For this role you'll need a strong background in hospitality, be comfortable communicating with the public, experienced in leading a high performing team and have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role 

• Being the main point of contact for patrons, guests and team members. 
• Have full oversight and understanding of our Club operations, including Gaming, Café, Restaurant, Bar, TAB, Keno and Kids Club 
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop a cohesive team by coaching team members, providing timely and appropriate feedback on performance and delegating duties fairly.
• Compliance with regulations and legislation associated with running a licensed club.

About you 

• An all round people person
• Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in hospitality is essential to the role
• An accomplished problem solver
• Hands-on approach and lead by example
• Agile approach to be able to adapt quickly 
• RMLV, RSA and RSG, First Aid
• Experience using a rostering system desirable
