About the Role

The objective of the Modern Applications practice is to become the trusted partner for our customers in advising and delivering modern application solutions. Alongside developing & delivering solutions, you would be the primary technical contact for customers. The role would also require supporting the practice leads and sales team in pre-sales activities such as writing proposal, work estimation, customer presentation/demo.

This is a hybrid role with flexible work from home options & may be based out of multiple locations within Australia. It reports to the Head of Modern Applications.

Main Duties

  • Designing and implementing Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE solutions following Microsoft's best practices
  • Provide support to Delivery as the primary technical advisor by participating in technical reviews, technical documentation, and remediation plans throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders and the wider project team in gathering requirements, agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and go live activities
  • Share/presenting to the wider team to share knowledge/experience in project implementations
  • Provide support to Sales as the technical representative for Canon Business Services by attending / presenting at sales meetings, responding to tenders/RFPs
  • Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices for Canon Business Services' clients
  • Attend onsite visits to clients when required

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience in designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies. They would possess proven analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. Customer facing experience in consulting roles would be preferred. Certification in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform & experience in PCF development, scripting languages is highly desirable. Key skills include -

  • 5+ yrs architecture/development experience with Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and its development tools
  • 5+ yrs architecture/development experience with Power Apps Portals/Power Pages and its development tools
  • 5+ yrs architecture/development experience with Power Automate
  • Familiar and experience in two or more Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Service Automation/Project Operations, Field Services, etc.)
  • Familiar and experience in Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, XRM toolbox, Azure DevOps
  • Familiar and experience of SSRS reports and Power BI integration with Power Platform
