This role is full-time, 5-days onsite based in our Sydney CBD head office and will be driving the commercial growth on the MCoBeauty & ModelCo websites for ANZ while collaborating and supporting the other markets in the execution of the brand.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimising the brand and customer experience across all owned & third party online sites supporting Australia & New Zealand.
- Developing great relationships cross functionally, including Retail, Marketing & Product, to deliver a strong online trading plan.
- Building out the digital retail strategies with the GM Digital
- Forecasting online sales and budget tracking.
- Executing the activity plan on own sites with eCommerce Assistant to gain maximum visitor attention and drive sales and margin, improving average transaction size, and order frequency.
- Using web analytics tools to monitor performance of all the key metrics and make recommendations for change.
- Merchandising all products to maximise sales and cross-sell/up-sell and site aesthetics, within brand guidelines.
- Being a search champion, reviewing keywords & onsite search insights to optimise SEO & increase conversion.
- Executing, expanding & adapting the acquisition, retention & conversion initiatives.
- Reporting on results across all channels, presenting/sharing in weekly trade meetings, end of month wraps and quarterly planning sessions.
- Supporting GM Digital across technical projects and executing the digital roadmap.
- Coaching and mentoring two direct reports (eCommerce Assistant and eCommerce & Marketing Specialist).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
An eCommerce superpower. This role will suit someone who is creative in their thinking, driven by results, and has a passion for beauty (ideally) or retail. Would suit someone with 3-4 years experience in a similar role that wants to take the next step in their career and who wants to grow as we grow.
Apart from being a spreadsheet wizz, you will understand the importance of being a brand amongst brands and appreciate the nuances that are required to maintain brand integrity as well as how to have fun with it!
An advantage would be demonstrable experience, and your role in, scaling growth online.
