Seeking a dynamic and adaptable EA/PA for a 6-month contract role, with a potential extension. This position offers an engaging and fast-paced work environment, requiring flexibility and the ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- EA/PA to CEO, 150+ staff.
- Organize travel arrangements.
- Diary Management
- Collaborate closely with Managers, construction or blue collar experience desirable, but not essential
- Provide support in a rapidly growing company, striving towards significant staff expansion goals.
- Display a proactive and hands-on approach; not limited to desk work and willing to actively seek out individuals for task completion.
- Work hours typically from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility required, including occasional earlier starts
- Possibility of extending the contract depending on organizational needs and performance.
- 3 years+ experience in a PA/EA role.
- Go getter, adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is a self-starter, capable of working independently and prioritizing effectively
