The Role:
You will provide a high level of administrative support to the General Manager while overseeing the office and projects administration team and the day-to-day functions of the office environment. Duties include:
- Coordinating and maintaining the diary of the General Manager including organising of all appointments (internal and external), meetings, travel etc
- Preparing reports, presentations and follow-up inward and outward requests for information
- Scheduling team meetings, preparing agenda and draft minutes
- Receiving, reviewing and prioritising all correspondence for the General Manager
- Preparing and editing presentations
- Sorting documentation and mail and distributing to staff and departments accordingly
- Assisting staff with room bookings, and setup as required.
- Assisting with Company event coordination and organising catering for meetings and events as required
- Printing drawings and documentation as requested
- Adhoc tasks as required
