- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organise e-working space and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor progress on action items and report on the status of initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and team activities.
- Support with culture building activities such as Monthly Morning tea and coordinate attendance at the Town hall briefing.
- Oversee the procurement and management of all office(s) requirements and manage relationship with vendors.
- Act as a liaison between the execs and other teams & departments, facilitate the flow of information within the team and across the organisation.
- Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and special requests where required.
- Provide input on process improvements and efficiency measures.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance role effectiveness.
- Proven experience providing high level administrative support to C-suite and Director level, within a corporate or professional environment.
- Demonstrable track record supporting and mitigating the needs of several stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
