A leading ASX listed company within the retail sector, my client displays exceptional profit and revenue growth as they continue to aggressively expand their franchise network. Whilst fostering an excellent culture, they are well placed for further strategic development across the ANZ region. Due to internal movements, we are now seeking an experience Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Marketing Officer.
What should you know about this role?
Supporting the ANZ CMO, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Complex diary, email and travel management on a global scale working with various time-zones;
Evaluate and prioritise meeting requests, priorities and commitments;
Support the Event Manager with the management/coordination of relevant events as well as supporting other events/workshops;
Demonstrate an advanced ability to positively manage at all levels using your own positive influencing style; and
Championing diversity and inclusion within an already diverse and growing team.
What we want to see in you!
The successful candidate will have at least five years' experience supporting C-Suite executives - experience within Marketing highly desired. Further to this, you will have:
Extensive travel coordination exposure, working across an Asia-Pacific region ideally;
An ability to juggle conflicting priorities whilst applying your "out of the box" and "unconventional" thinking to create efficiencies and solutions;
Outstanding level of attention to detail with strong diary and time management skills; and
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and use your initiative
