In a nutshell, the Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer will:
- Execute on the current Orange Sky strategy and achieve ensure annual fundraising and brand targets are achieved, enabling the team's voice to show up.
- Lead the achievement of organisational objectives aligned with long-term and annual strategic goals.
- Implement and oversee the Marketing, Fundraising, and Partnerships (MFP) strategy of Orange Sky including the following functions (and leaders of each):
- Marketing & Products stream,
- 1-1 stream (including corporate partnerships, grants, and philanthropy),
- 1-many stream (events, community fundraising and individual giving).
- And NZ including all fundraising streams and marketing related activities.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to align marketing strategy to achieve fundraising, operational and organisational objectives.
- Build, uphold, and lead the evolution of the fundraising culture at Orange Sky.
- Communicate and set departmental and individual priorities for the MFP team.
- Oversee campaign delivery across different streams, collaborating between streams and with the support functions like the finance team on budgeting and forecasting.
- Support with relevant external-facing obligations around ideas, advice, and priorities.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for building Orange Sky's continuous improvement, brand, and sustainable revenue streams through your actions.
