A growing Property Development company based in the Northern Suburbs seeks an EA/Office Manager to support the Director. This is a newly created role to support them as the business grows.
Your new role
This role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse position working alongside a busy and personable Director who needs some tasks taken off their hands in order to efficiently manage the business. You will help them manage the 3 shared inboxes and calenders he looks after, filter his calls and book appointments and respond to clients by email on his behalf. You will also look after any visitors to the office, assist with screening of applicants and interviewing, dealing with timesheets and tracking and running reports in Excel. You will also deal with any other adhoc tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have solid and proven experience as an EA, PA or Office Manager. This role will suit someone who is proactive and organised and is happy to take on varied tasks that will help the Director. You must have good Microsoft skills and will be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident as this is a full-time permanent role.
What you'll get in return
A chance to work one on one with a director in a growing organisation. The role has onsite parking and the hours can be either 6-2, 7 -3 or 8-4.
