Selection criteria:

• You must hold a Certificate 3 of Early Childhood
• You must have an understanding of the NQF and EYLF
• You must hold current First Aid and Anaphylaxis training (or be willing to obtain this).
• Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
• Bright, friendly and energetic
• Dedicated to developing children
• Dedicated to developing educators
• Desire to be part of a team and provide excellent care

To have an advantage:

• You will be confident in your knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
