As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced educators to gain confidence and put theory into practice educating and caring for children.
You will attend a Gowrie class in Docklands (Melbourne) one day a week to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
We will find you paid work at an early learning service close to your home.
We’re specialists in training educators and providing professional learning to the Early Childhood sector.
Our face-to-face classes are small, and our traineeship program provides real-world experience to ensure you’re ready for work.

- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid Humanitarian Visa
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Be motivated to work and study at the same time
