RESPONSIBITIES:
- Assisting the children in their daily routines and supporting them in their learning.
- Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
- Developing, planning and implementing a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
- Monitoring and documenting children's progress and development
- Developing open communication channels with staff, children and families of the Centre
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
- Complying with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Sincere desire to provide quality care to children
- Cert III in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Knowledge of the New Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and Childhood Education
- Exceptional team player
