Little Saints Early Learning Centres in Drouin are specially designed and operate 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. We pride ourselves on our separate play environments, spacious rooms and generous age appropriate learning resources and well resourced indoor and outdoor spaces.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated team member to deliver high quality programs whilst ensuring a positive environment to support children to thrive and grow.
You will make a difference to each child that you come into contact with by inspiring and influencing the way that child develops, learns and grows.
You are a passionate individual who takes pride in delivering high quality learning outcomes. A great communicator with adults and children with a proactive approach to care and support while demonstrating sensitivity, patience and kindness.
You will possess:
- A good understanding of the Child Safe Standards
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check or be prepared to get one
- Proficiency in EYLF/VEYLDF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families
- A desire to contribute to an awesome team
