Little Lane Early Learning Centre – Glen Iris is a brand-new purpose-built service due to open in May 2024. Located in Glen Iris, we will be providing the highest quality education and care programs to children aged between birth and school age, living in and around the local area.
We know that our staff will be integral to everything that we do, so we are ready to start knitting together a team of Early Childhood professionals with varying skills, qualifications and experiences to create a rich tapestry of diversity that will be able to support the Little Lane ELC philosophy.

The Opportunities
Exciting opportunities has become available for experienced Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Lead Educators to join our passionate and friendly team at our Glen Iris centre. The roles are permanent part-time positions working 37.5 hours per week, worked across 5 days from Monday to Friday.
Applicants must have minimum Cert III in Early Childhood Education (for Co-Educator role) minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education (for Lead Educator role).
Both roles require a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills & requirements
- Minimum of Cert III of Early Childhood Education & Care (Co-Educator)
- Minimum of Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (Lead Educator)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Current First aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (VIC)
- Good understanding of NQS and EYLF
- Excellent communication and team work skills
