Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with top-tier candidates for various roles within the education sector. Use your sales skills to attract and match candidates with exciting opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders. Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

6. Commission Earning: Leverage your sales hunger to earn competitive commissions. We believe in rewarding hard work and success (up to 40%) on your own sales + profit shares of your division!

Requirements

• 2 years of Commercial Recruitment experience in the Early Childhood Industry in Australia
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and try/develop new approaches
• Motivated and results-driven with a hunger for earning commissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun work environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: OTE 200k+
