The service is beautiful, with lots of natural light and airy, generously sized rooms in tranquil surroundings. The centre is easily accessible by public transport and has free off-street parking.

About the role
This full-time role, commencing in March 2024, is with a boutique early learning service that caters to 60 children at full occupancy.
You will lead, motivate and inspire a small team of experienced, long-standing educators who are genuinely dedicated to the families and local community.
About you
These roles suit candidates who are strong in creating high-quality education programs that empower independent little learners and nurture their curious minds. You will also need to have the following:
- A growth mindset with a love of learning
- Degree qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA (preferred) or at least a Diploma.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Confidence in leading a preschool age room
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
- Confidence in building solid relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- The ability to implement stimulating programs and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
- The ability to observe and record learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
