We are a family owned childcare provider located in beautiful Australind in Bunbury. Our service is in the suburb of Treendale, and is part of an active community, growing every week.
We are looking for ECT / Lead Educator. Ideally the successful candidate will be an Early Childhood Teacher, or working towards the qualification.
If you are a Diploma Qualified Educator looking to further your career and study part time towards and ECT qualification while working in the role, and being supported by your employer, then you are encouraged to apply.
As the ECT within the service you will be responsible for the delivery of the 3 year old program and school readiness program.
We are looking for a dynamic educator who is passionate about providing an outstanding program to the children.
You will also have the opportunity to develop and mentor others within your team.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Preparation of age appropriate curriculum
- Implementation and delivery of curriculum, including school readiness
- Supervision of staff within room / environment
- Support the Educational leader to provide direction in curriculum development
- Staff mentoring, encouraging a process of reflection and ongoing development
You will be asked to provide
- a current WWC
- a current up to date immunisation statement
- a statement of completion of the Worksafe Covid 19 online training
- Current First Aid qualifications, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- two current referees
