Jenny's ELC - Heathcote is looking for an amazing Educator, Leader and Team Player to undertake the role of ECT.

About You:
- An ACECQA approved Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood as well as a valid VIT Registration
- A demonstrated passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education
- A demonstrated ability of being community minded and an understanding of the importance of community involvement within the Educational Program
- Have a love of going ‘above and beyond’ in all areas of your role
- Exceptional communication, customer service skills and an eye for detail
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood industry, including VEYLDF, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- A strong understanding of the Jenny's ELC values and ability to implement these in the workplace
- Solution-focused, positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to not just lead but also inspire and motivate a team.
- Current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR or willingness to obtain.
