The Opportunity
- Develop and implement age-appropriate and engaging programs / curriculum tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment where children feel secure, appreciated, and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Maintain open communication with parents, offering regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to establish a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Continuously assess children's development, maintain accurate records, and use this information to adjust teaching strategies.
- Stay informed about best practices in Early Childhood education through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Maintain a valid QLD Teacher Registration.
- Demonstrate proven experience with EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
- Possess a strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a track record of creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Showcase a passion for instilling a love of learning in young children.
