Our growing centre is looking for Kindergarten Teachers who believe in our organisational values and are wanting to growing within their career.

About your new role
- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your classroom and flexible routines.
- You will work as a Lead Educator to provide creative learning experiences.
- You will mentor and lead your team in your classroom to incorporate collaboration, reflection and respect at all times.
- You will provide a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
- You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
- You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Transition Statements
- You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (including 2019 updates).
- You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
- You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
- You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
A little about you
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Current Employment Working with Children Check.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Early Childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
