About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Work collaboratively with the expert facilitation team at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Healthcare Improvement Unit and HHS clinical leads to achieve program milestones.
- Provide high-level clinical leadership, information and support to the multidisciplinary team to implement Eat Walk Engage strategies utilising an evidence-based approach.
- Identify the educational needs of multi-disciplinary team who care for older patients and coordinate tailored training.
