Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online store, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with various departments to implement marketing strategies, optimize the user experience, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our eCommerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
• Monitor website performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance user experience.
• Analyze sales data and website metrics to inform business decisions and optimize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely and effective resolution of online customer inquiries and issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep our eCommerce strategies competitive.
• Assist in the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
• Work with external partners and vendors to enhance site functionality and implement new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing role preferably with a retailer.
• Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
