As we expand our online presence, we’re seeking a talented Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and enhancing our brand visibility. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product management, to execute effective digital strategies. If you’re passionate about ecommerce, creative problem-solving, and have a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Management:

• Maintain and optimize our ecommerce platforms (website, & marketplaces).
• Monitor inventory levels, product listings, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing product pages.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
• Analyze user behavior and recommend enhancements to enhance the customer journey.
• Work & collaborate with web developers to improve the website

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.).
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to expand our reach.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics related to ecommerce and marketing efforts.
• Generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in ecommerce management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce. We use Magento 2).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• Great problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, along with working in a team environment
