The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This position will involve a blend of e-commerce operational tasks, Digital Marketing coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, optimising the online customer journey, and contributing to the overall success of the BlackMilk e-commerce and digital initiatives.
You’ll be reporting to our Head of Ecommerce and Digital and work closely to support our Specialists across both streams giving you broad exposure and experience across both ecommerce and digital.
About You
If you’re a passionate digital marketer with a keen eye for ecommerce trends and strategies then this could be the role for you. You’ll have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role and be agile in your approach to work across and combine your demonstrated knowledge of digital and ecommerce to deliver positive business outcomes. We’re looking for someone who has solid experience and knowledge of shopify.
You will be a strategic thinker who can blend hands-on e-commerce expertise and marketing skills. Your responsibilities will be broad from working with our Ecommerce Specialist to trade our website to supporting our Digital Marketing Specialist in executing our digital strategy.
We're looking for someone who's not afraid to ask questions, push boundaries and explore new ideas.
While analytical skills are crucial for success in this role, we're equally interested in your ability to tell stories and build authentic connections with our community. You'll have the opportunity to infuse creativity into your data-driven approach, bringing our brand to life in meaningful ways.
