2.) The role
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly analytical and skilled problem solver to join Team LVLY. The aim of this role is to ensure we have a best-in-class website and help execute our Ecommerce strategy alongside our Ecommerce Manager to delight our target markets, and drive sales growth across our product range with content updates and product merchandising. Monitoring and reporting of website analytics to improve the effectiveness of the channel.
The job will be on a part-time basis (27.5 hours, 5 days per week) with flexible working hours. As the business continues to grow there will be an opportunity for this role to become full-time if that works for the candidate. Our HQ is based in Moorabbin in Melbourne, and we also have warehouses in Alexandria NSW, Moorooka QLD, and Welshpool WA. Melbourne based is preferred with the option to work part of your week from home.
3.) Job tasks and responsibilities
At a high level, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with CGO & Ecommerce Manager to develop and execute our Ecommerce strategies
- Website content management: campaigns, promotions, homepage and content updates, SEO, landing pages, collection creation
- Assisting our Ecommerce Manager and Merchandise team on launching new products across our site in line with our seasonal merchandise calendar
- Driving cross-/up-sell to increase conversion rate and AOV.
- Implementation of CRO, website testing and personalisation strategy, guided by Ecommerce Manager and CGO.
- Keyword research and regular data insights to help identify new opportunities for traffic growth – be the SEO champion in the business.
- Support in testing and QA of new website features, update and UI/UX improvements
- Monitor and quality control the site daily to identify potential issues and ensure the highest standard of customer experience is delivered at all times.
- Support in weekly, monthly and quarterly Ecommerce reports with a focus on website performance, including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, loyalty and revenue
- With support of Ecommerce Manager, work on customer journey and digital experience analytics to continuously improve the website and deliver actionable insights for the marketing team, merchandise team, and wider business departments
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Customer Service, and Merchandise teams to ensure alignment to brand guidelines, identify customer pain points and stock management.

4.) Skills and experience
Make an impact on our growth through the execution of website performance updates, ensuring we meet all brand standards and successfully achieve conversion rate targets. Working as part of a small team we need someone who loves the hands-on doing and execution of ecommerce tasks and admin.
- You must be a strong communicator, highly organised and have great attention to detail
- Knowledge of Shopify is critical
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and an ability to deep dive into the data to make suggestions on workflow redesigns or conversion optimisations
- Passion for emerging digital trends and technology
- Microsoft Office suite skills and knowledge required for reporting
- Basic knowledge across Adobe Suite (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator) is helpful
4.) Job details, benefits and perks
- 5 days per week, 5.5hrs per day – Permanent part time basis (27.5hrs)
- $65,000 plus super (pro-rata to 27.5 hours)
- Preferred hours are 9AM – 3PM but can be flexible for right candidate
