Ecommerce Customer Service Coordinator

Ideally, the preferred candidate will have previous customer experience in a retail outlet, coupled with:

• Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ecommerce experience
• Intermediate knowledge of social media applications and Apple Mac/Microsoft PC applications
• Have a positive 'can do' attitude
• Be well presented, punctual and reliable
• Must be an Australian resident
• Must hold Australian drivers license to complete van deliveries when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Face to face and digital Customer Service
• Online/phone order fulfilment
• Invoice management
• Customer Service
• Social media monitoring and management
• Monday-Fridays : Start Time 9am

Must be available to start with us immediately.
