Our client is an innovative supplier of gym equipment who is looking to expand their global success in the Australian market. With a new facility in Tullamarine, they require a Customer Service Coordinator to take control of the customer enquiries, ecommerce order processing and online marketplace and website management.
About the role
The Customer Service Coordinator will be in charge of receiving and responding to all e-comm and phone customer enquiries. Constantly liaising with customers on orders and providing updates on shipping times and any delays as well as invoicing and documentation.
Duties
- Providing all customers with high end Customer Service.
- Ecommerce/marketplace updating and order processing.
- Liaise with 3PL to ensure orders are being sent on time.
- Preparing invoicing and shipping documentation.
- Opportunity to work on social media channels if desired.
- Cross functional work with warehouse team, and assistance during busy periods.
Skills and experience
- 2+ years working in a similar Customer Service role.
- First class communication, strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- gym equipment knowledge and passion is advantageous.
- Strong excel and google sheets skill set.
- Shopify or any E-comm system experience
