YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic eCommerce Coordinator to join our Marketing team to support the Forever New Australia and NZ websites in driving sales and continuously improving the customer experience! 

Reporting to the eCommerce Specialist, you will monitor the Forever New website daily to ensure there are no customer experience or performance issues. Working collaboratively with the wider eCommerce team and internal Customer Service teams, you will swiftly attend to any customer complaints, site performance and live chat performance. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for the implementation of content and promotions to support the trade calendar. This includes: 

• Weekly homepage refreshes in line with campaigns
• Uploading and managing campaign assets on time (ensuring products included are available to trade and with stock)
• Co-ordination and implementation of Hubs, Edits and new CMS pages to launch new products and collections
• Implementing any weekly or ad hoc trade promotions on site (eg. 2 for 1, $20 off tops, Free Express Shipping) and measuring performance of each promotion

• Proactively participate in innovation days and new ideas to drive improved customer experience and sales
• Stay on top of retail trends (eCommerce and retail) that Forever New should be aware of or include as part of future planning
• Assist with ongoing onsite optimisation projects (CRO)
• Assist in the implementation of digital, multi-channel and international projects where required
• Assist with the ongoing work flow with IT around prioritising JIRA tickets and ensuring all are tested and implemented accurately and as agreed
• Co-ordinate and complete test plans to support the rollout of successful enhancements online
• Assist to develop business requirements to brief into internal or external teams
• Assist in supporting with reports required such as the Monday trade report to review online performance
• Support with the implementation of A/B testing on site
• As required, assist with various digital and omni-channel projects
• Work closely with Merchandising Manager to ensure product categorisation and merchandising align to onsite priorities
• Support Ecommerce Lead with any task required to successfully manage the ANZ sites

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in eCommerce 
• Demonstrated experience in data management and admin or online based role
• Demonstrated experience in fashion, brand and product based role
• Knowledge of Online/ eCommerce trading
• High attention to detail
• Dynamic lateral thinker with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines 
• The desire and determination to develop and increase skills set and knowledge
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in both a group situation and autonomously
