The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of e-Commerce, the e-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing minor to medium projects and maintaining the daily operations of our websites.
This role involves optimising the e-commerce customer journey, overseeing the enhancement of our SEM and SEO strategies, and driving online sales through effective website management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the continuous improvement of the customer experience, optimising user experience across devices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on impactful promotional campaigns and brand/product launches.
- Lead content management efforts to ensure accurate, useful, and relevant website content.
- Oversee and enhance SEM and SEO strategies, including optimising Paid Google Ads and staying updated with Google's algorithm developments.
- Direct stakeholder management, including training and developing team members and overseeing relationships with external suppliers and internal teams.
- Oversee all website operations, including RSEA Safety Australia and NZ, RSEA Business, and Yakeen Safety.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- 3 years of e-commerce experience.
- Strong project management skills and team leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
