We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Ecommerce Manager for our automotive sector across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for overseeing the expansion, maintenance, reporting, product launch and compliance for all aspects of our Ecommerce operation. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the optimal functionality, revenue, stocking, supply and setting up efficient automated processes for our customers.
- Project - Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to enhance online presence and drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance optimization.
- Manage the online product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and offers.
- Develop and implement a streamlined returns process to enhance customer satisfaction and manage returns efficiently.
- Work closely with customer service to address return inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and enhance the overall customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues, including returns-related concerns, to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to optimize results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role. (3+ years) within the industry in Australia and New Zealand. Global preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and website analytics.
- Ability for frequent travel across Australia and New Zealand.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling, with consideration for operational contexts.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including those located in Australia and New Zealand.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges specific to the markets in both countries.
