Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage innovative marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, email campaigns, blogs, and other emerging venues.
- Create compelling content and manage our presence on social media platforms, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Spearhead email marketing campaigns, crafting engaging newsletters and promotional materials to boost sales and customer retention.
- Collaborate with our content team to produce influential blogs that resonate with our audience and drive traffic to our website.
- Constantly explore and test new avenues for marketing and customer outreach, staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms and email marketing.
- A proven track record in developing successful digital marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of digital analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Passion for and knowledge of women’s lifestyle products.
