In this role, you will reported to the Ecommerce Manager and you primary duties will be:
- Own the digital marketing performance for Dymocks online and utilise your expertise to drive growth, brand awareness and deliver strong ROI
- Collaborate with our digital marketing agency to execute and optimise SEM and SEO performance
- Responsible for launching the affiliate partner program ensuring the best chance for success by building a great partner portfolio aligned with digital strategy and budget
- Support the Ecommerce Manager in driving the successful implementation of projects
- Work closely with the marketing team to support creation, management and evolution of internal digital marketing campaigns including website emails, awareness campaigns and promotions
- Own the customer online lifecycle, driving acquisition and retention to deliver lifetime value through our premium omni-channel shopping experience. Ensuring that initiatives are created to promote loyalty and repeat shopping
- Work closely with our ecommerce content and merchandise team to develop curated landing pages and promotions to align with digital marketing campaigns
- Execute tests, collect, and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in digital marketing campaigns
- Build strong relationships with our publishers and create opportunities for co-op and highlight key releases and range
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Outstanding communication & negotiation ability
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Demonstrates initiative – proactively suggests ideas and creates opportunities
- Knowledge of Impact Partnership program preferred
- Photography skills a bonus
