Motto Fashions is seeking a talented eCommerce Specialistto join our INCREDIBLE team (yep, its a pretty fabulous crew!) and drive continued success of our rapidly growing e-commerce store.

You'll be reporting directly to the Head of E-Commerce (and, have a direct line to the owners too). You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, overseeing all facets of website functionality, product merchandising and promotional campaigns, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of our Big Commerce platform, ensuring an optimal user experience (includes product creation & updates, merchandising, content management, promotional campaigns and troubleshooting technical issues)
- Collaborate with team to source, manage and update product information and merchandising
- Utilize web analytics to monitor site performance drive conversion and enhance customer experience including SEO, UI/UX, best practices.
- Make data-driven merchandising decisions to continually enhance the customer journey and site experience
- Work with Developers, and other agency and coordinate technical upgrades/tickets
- Regular reporting on site performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement across marketing channels to meet forecasts
- Work with our customer service team to ensure all customer service functions on the site are correct and delivering exceptional customer service
- Mobile first POV
- Assist with other ecommerce platforms such as Retail Express, Shippit, Insider, Aust Post returns portal, and similar.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, operations and customer experience
- Proficiency Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Big Commerce Web analytics (GA/GA4), SEO, Writing Content, Jira, HTML (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, provide insights and drive improvements
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for ecommerce, innovation, attention to detail and efficient delivery
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively
