The Role...
You will be joining one of Australia's leading online industrial equipment companies. They provide an easy platform to purchase industrial equipment such as generators and air compressors as well as manage any post sale requirements including installation, commissioning, servicing and repairs.
As an experienced eCommerce Specialist, you will develop, coordinate and execute the optimisation of their digital platform.
This includes developing and directing the distribution of centrally produced master assets and assisting marketing specialists with sales implementation and optimisation.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Developing and directing the distribution of centrally produced master assets and assisting marketing specialists with sales implementation and optimisation.
• Monitor existing brand and product content on regional e-tailer platforms ensuring CI consistency across the globe.
• Liaising closely with regional markets in the updating and improving of existing product, image and video content for optimal e-presence.
• You will develop and execute sales strategies on targeted outbound marketing campaigns to build a quality pipeline. Promptly following up on leads, you will qualify and nurture prospects through the customer engagement model.
• Analyse and monitor local capacities and trends to detect potential new market opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate and cooperate with central content teams to ensure smooth distribution of the latest master assets,
You Will Need...
Qualifications in digital marketing
Previous experience in E-Commerce or Online Store Management
Proven ability to make recommendations and implement changes to online store that have resulted increased conversion rates
