Our Sales Department in Wynnum West 4178, Brisbane  is looking for a Sales Administrator - eCommerce

 

Your Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Customer Service:

  • Ensure daily own eCommerce (including Market Place when required) sales orders are processed efficiently and within required timelines – ensuring orders are filled, solving errors, liaising with Warehouse for picking and shortages.
  • Provide best in class consumer care by answer phone calls and emails, conversing through Live Chat and respond to Reviews.
  • Ensure email query box is kept updated.
  • Provide assistance in processing orders and other tasks from other sales channels.
  • Processing returns
  • Knowledge of promotions across eCommerce
  • Understand Features & Benefits of all product and process of Bra Fitting.
  • Use knowledge to upsell when there is an opportunity.
  • Customer direct QA
  • Phocas Reports as required
  • Full knowledge of memberson

Assist with Reporting:

  • Provide analytically based feedback on consumer insights. Insights gained from calls, email, live chat and reviews.
  • Identify bestselling products.
  • Provide information on product availability
  • Work with other department managers to actively clear discontinued/phased out product.

Other

  • Updates product images, across all digital channels

Your ideal profile:

  • A formal qualification in business management, IT or Digital Communication would be well regarded.
  • Technical skills:  Project management skills, eCom content management experience, data analytics, research ability
  • Language Skills:    Well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • IT proficiency:     Understanding of Online and Offline Shopping behaviour, technical website knowledge, Database management and SAP experience desirable. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Other skills:           Understanding of the fashion/intimate apparel market in Australia is highly desirable. Must be open to new ideas and ways of doing business
