Operations
- Create and maintain an Events Planner of yearly activities and communicate to the executive team and staff (as required) the following information: - dates and specific timings of events

- layout of events

- Oversee the logistical requirements of each event to ensure that it is completed to a high standard.
Facilities
- Oversee the effective use of the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) including ensuring that all accountability requirements are met:
- annual contracts
- asbestos management
- contractor management
- emergency and fire safety management
- Working with children's contracts checklist
- Work with Business Manager and clearly communicate to staff the hire and use of facilities each term.
- - Manage all communication and meetings with the VSBA cleaning contractor including communicating concerns regarding cleaning quality to the contractor and the VSBA as required.
- Management and oversite of the work of the grounds person and any additional facilities staff: - set work schedule and expectations

- Update the OHS board at each campus with relevant information.
- Organise O H & S training of staff as required - database to be maintained.

- Undertake term based OH&S Management walks with College Principal to identify OH&S concerns and to develop a plan of action for addressing concerns.
- Undertake term based Asbestos Management walks with College Principal to identify OH&S concerns and to develop a plan of action for addressing concerns.

- Support College Principal and Leadership team in running emergency evacuation and other processes each year.
