Editorial Coordinator

Koichi Takada Architects is seeking a dynamic and creative Editorial Coordinator to join our team in the creation of our second publication. As a leading architectural firm known for our innovative designs and commitment to sustainability, we are excited to embark on this project to showcase our latest work and design philosophy to a global audience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the publication team to conceptualize and develop the content and layout for the book.
• Assist in researching and gathering materials, including project descriptions, images, and other relevant content.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual and narrative aspects of the publication.
• Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and other contributors to ensure high-quality content and timely delivery.
• Help with proofreading and editing of written content to maintain consistency and clarity.
• Support the overall production process, including formatting, image editing, and file management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in graphic design, content creation, or architecture-related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for architecture, design, and storytelling.
