We are currently seeking applications for an Education Administrator in our Student Services. As part of the Student Experience Team, the role provides proactive administrative support to the Student Services and Education Department. The role contributes to the overall student experience, ensuring a meaningful experience for students that is in line with our policies and procedures.
As an Education Administrator, you will engage with the entire Student Services, as well as providing support to Academic and non-Academic staff, external stakeholders and students.
Some of the responsibilities of the role are:
- Provide administrative support to the Student Support Department
- Support communication with other UTS College departments, UTS College students and UTS
- Support the administration needs of Student Experience events - including Welcome Week, graduations, transfer sessions, prize giving, Student Advisory Group end of year meeting and other events as necessary
- Support the administration process for department meetings, including meeting schedules, minutes, and collating feedback.
- Customer Service is of a consistently high standard and all customers, external and internal, are responded to in accordance with the Student Support Services Customer Service framework.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Post-secondary qualifications, e.g. a bachelor's degree, or higher
- Experience in administration, preferably in a post-secondary environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management and meeting scheduling experience.
- A successful track record in mapping, developing and improving processes.
- Significant experience working in a service-centric role and evidence of excellence in service delivery
- An intermediate /advanced level of expertise in Microsoft office, information management and digital systems, with exposure to Learning Management Systems highly regarded.
