Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with wider education and sales enablement teams to help to shape core programs to meet the needs of the sales team, coordinating needs analysis to build out and refresh content to support these needs.
- Work with the sales content team to design and develop educational resources to ensure consistency and alignment with Brand guidelines, highlighting merchant value proposition, key insights and trends.
- Craft training content and design the narrative around merchant priorities for sales teams to deliver in pitches and during QBRs.
- Assemble content and resources for our internal knowledge base includes assets covering policy, procedure, product, and battlecards.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and group sessions, as well as train-the-trainer sessions, as required
- Identify, track and analyse key learning metrics and report these to key stakeholders.
The successful candidate:
- 4+ years experience creating training programs for corporate organisations, ideally with exposure to learning experience design or instructional design
- A background in learning design for financial services, technology, sales or retail is desirable
- Experience consulting and identifying needs through analysis
- Building relationships and working cross functionally to achieve outcomes
- Communicating ideas and themes in both written and verbal formats
- Experience working with an LMS and Articulate RISE (preferred but not essential)
- Presenting & facilitating sessions virtually & in-person.
- Cert IV in TAE, desirable- not essential
