We are seeking Student Counselors / Marketing officers for Education and Migration services.
This can be combined role of managing the student admissions, College- Uni Transfers, Visa extensions, 485 Graduate Visas, Health insurance and Skill assessments and Migration services. Following students and converting their inquiries into enrolments and sales.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Profile:
- Enthusiastic individual with professional approach and strong marketing acumen
- Candidate must have Australian studies and some knowledge about offer letter, Coe's, health Insurance, visa extensions and 485 Visas.
- Excellent communication & marketing skills
- Must have working rights
- Experience and knowledge of Australian education system, institutions, and visa processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work under pressure and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- QEAC certification (desirable)
- Adequate knowledge of the ESOS Act and National Code of Conduct
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software/tools
- International Students/485 holders are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Counsel international students effectively to facilitate admission into Australian Universities and Colleges, keeping in mind their GTE requirements
- Follow up on all leads and inquiries in a timely manner and maximize the number of applications submitted and finalize enrolment to achieve set targets
- Assist students with Australian university/college application process, including document submission, visa applications, and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application, including documents, under the CRM
- Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students’ application
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner educational institutions
- Staying updated on admission criteria, program offerings, and scholarships.
- Plan, execute and represent Student Guide Australia at educational events, such as fairs, workshops, and seminars, with a focus on the Australian market.
- Stay well-informed about the latest trends and developments in the Australian education sector.
- Curate, actively participate in and develop engaging social media content targeted at students and professionals in Australia
