Working within a team of experienced professionals, this role will see you build and run a specialised permanent recruitment desk.Skills and experienceIn order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:

• Self-motivated and sales-oriented individual - previous permanent recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
• Have a strong desire and eagerness to be successful and achieve results through hard work and dedication, coupled with a desire to build long term relationships and gain opportunities
• Previous experience in blue-collar/industrial recruitment will be highly regarded
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Generating new business through telesales of prospect and existing clients
• Visiting prospect and existing clients to promote our brand and generate placements
• Organic growth of existing client relationships
• Generating leads from advert chasing and reverse marketing
• Sourcing and screening of candidates to current and prospective job orders
