A key leadership opportunity!About the RoleThe Education and Clinical Support Manager leads the Greenslopes Private Hospitals (GPH) education program providing up to date and innovative education and training solutions across a large and diverse training Hospital. The role has a pivotal function in our future nursing recruitment campaign, supporting a positive learning culture and the delivery of best clinical care that are aligned to the Ramsay values and priorities.The GPH education program provides onsite learning to clinical and non-clinical staff, leads the graduate and student nurse programs and manages clinical speciality roles. The successful applicant will have proven leadership qualities in supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of leading healthcare education programs.About You

• Relevant registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Innovative leader of teams that demonstrates the Ramsay vision and values
• Experience in the delivery of formal and informal education programs and clinical skills across a large scale organisation
• Excellent understanding of clinical governance and provision of an education program that complies with healthcare legislation and accreditation requirements
• The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with across a wide range of stakeholders to inspire a culture of learning and development
• Demonstrated knowledge and delivery of continuous improvement and the translation of research into clinical practice
• Demonstrated understanding & ability to apply adult learning principles
• Experience in designing and leading programs with stakeholders to meet changing clinical needs and market demands
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, schedules, set goals / objectives
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound computer skills and web-based systems
