We are a Vocational and Educational Training provider for both domestic and international students. We are looking for a full-time Education Manager to join our team.
To be considered, you must possess the following skills and attributes:
- Manage the educational, administrative, and financial operations of our institution
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational and administrative policies to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Act as a liaison between educational institutions, students, and the broader community to foster strong partnerships and communication
- Provide guidance and support to staff and students on policies and procedures
- Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to design and deliver educational programs
- Recognize and tackle the requirements for enhancing both student and staff growth via tailored training initiatives
- Stay informed about educational systems and trends, researching and evaluating new developments
- Analyze student needs and report findings for program improvement
