The role will also assist the Education Centres by providing operational support for teaching activities.We are excited about you because you have:
- Exceptional customer service skills in operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence.
- Experience in an educational environment (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in developing effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels in the private and public sectors.
- An appropriate certificate-level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training in providing high level customer service and administrative support.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in MS Office suite of programs and using Student Management Systems and student user interfaces.
