We are a brand new service planning to open our doors August 2024.
We invite applications from experienced Educational Leaders, keen to be part of our start-up team. With beautifully appointed indoor and outdoor spaces and state of the art resources and equipment, you have to see our centre to believe it!
What the role will look like?
Our 83 placed service will support 5 rooms from nursery to kindy aged. You will work across all rooms contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation and critical reflection of the education program for the children.
Room Leaders and Educators will look to you for inspiration, guidance, modelling and support to ensure a quality and positive educational outcome for each child is achieved.
Ascolta is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to learning, we promote a free-flow environment, child-led meals and experiences that are led by the child's voice.
Supporting the supporter
As an Educational Leader you will have direct access to ongoing mentoring and support from our Head of Learning. This support will involve weekly meetings, direct access in person for advice as well as personal development training.
What you will need:
- Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Training in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012).
- National Criminal History Check within the last six (6) months or willing to obtain.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WA) or willing to obtain.
- The right to work in Australia
